When you refine and enhance this journey, you’ll not only improve client retention but also create a business model that’s enjoyable for both you and your clients.

If you’re new to business and don’t know who your premium clients are, start by imagining your dream clients. Often, your instincts already know who you’d love to work with—trust yourself!
