If I were to use separate platforms for each aspect of my business—like WordPress for my website, Mailchimp for email, and Zoom for calls—I’d be managing multiple subscriptions and logins. Kajabi consolidates everything into one, which is invaluable when you’re a solo business owner or working with a small team.
The One Drawback: Limited Community Features
One area Kajabi is still developing is the community feature, which isn’t quite as robust as some alternatives. However, they’re actively working on updates, and I expect it will continue to improve as more businesses rely on the platform.
